Most do not have separate articles elsewhere, and where that’s the case we haven’t bothered with a shortcut template.   2. ↑ 2.0 2.1 The original and revised editions of The Carpet People are significantly different, and we don’t really consider them the same book, so we’ve listed it twice here. Terry clearly preferred the new version or he’d not have rewritten it, though, so like other sites we only have one article.
  3. ↑ The Unadulterated Cat is definitely not a novel, but it's a full-length humour book which contains plenty of fiction, so we feel it fits best in this list.
  4. ↑ Note that we’ve only tried to cover English language sources here. Most of Pratchett’s short stories have been translated and published in German, and those in the major collection A Blink of the Screen have been published in many other languages as well.
  5. ↑ This is Pratchett’s first ever published work. It was originally written for school under the title “Business Rivals”, and published in Pratchett’s school magazine, The Technical Cygnet, in December 1962. “The Hades Business” is described as “rewritten, much enlarged” by Colin Smythe.
