The Shepherd's Crown is the last Discworld novel, and also the last novel he worked on before his death in March 2015. (The final two novels of the Long Earth series were also published after his death, but he had handed his work on them over to co-author Stephen Baxter much earlier.)

As many fans find the prospect of reading his final Discworld novel upsetting, and as some very significant things for the series as a whole happen in it, most podcasts have deferred all discussion of it until their final episodes.
